We’ve Changed Our Name

As 2016 comes to a close, we are pleased to announce that the Practitioners’ Network for Large Landscape Conservation will be known going forward as the “Network for Landscape Conservation.”

The new name is simple, direct, and inclusive of the many landscape conservation initiatives emerging across the continent and the globe — large and small, urban and rural. And we think it goes without saying that our rapidly growing Network is for practitioners — all of you who are collectively building this important collaborative conservation approach for the benefit of nature and people.

As we continue to build upon our collective work, the Network is actively growing our list of formal partners — we invite your organization to join the Network as an Organizational Partner to become part of this dynamic community. It is a pivotal time to band together to support landscape conservation as an important vehicle to sustaining our natural and human communities.
